女，42岁，左乳腺肿块，

 发现左乳内下象限肿块4个月，伴左乳头溢血性液体5天，检查：左乳腺内下象限肿块大小5cmX2cm，质韧，表面不光滑，界不清。

  大体：灰红黄色组织一块，5.5cmX3cmX2.5cm，切面灰红灰白色，部分区域淡黄色，质地中等，未见明显包膜。

导管内乳头状癌微乳头型

 Intraductal papillary carcinoma including some with micropapillary type.

Focal area showed some lobular feature. I will do p120 and e-cadherin in block 8-9 to rule out Lobular carcinoma in situ.

I prefer to interpret this pictures "DCIS of cribriform and papillary patterns, grade 2".  I did not see any evidence of invasion in these photos.  I would only use p63 stain unless I see evidence of microinvasion and I am not sure about it.
