此例有点难度，是内翻乳头状瘤还是内翻生长型尿路上皮癌。表面被覆上皮如何，是否有少量外生区域？细胞好像有点异型，可以做Ki67和CK20，Ki67较高表达，CK20阳性倾向尿路上皮癌。

 还要看看肿物表面，有没有粘膜覆盖，要排除内翻性乳头状瘤。

 内翻乳头状瘤或内翻生长型尿路上皮癌

 Great photos.  I would favor 内翻乳头状瘤. Before you make a benign diagnosis, need also examined in particular the interface of tumor with subepithelial connective tissue. This tumor has some cytologic atypia and very proliferative. Is there exophytic component, flat dysplasia or CIS or bladder cancer history.  If anwer is yes, the diagnosis is better to be carcinoma with inverted growth pattern. Thanks.

 倾向内翻性乳头状瘤。本例梁状排列的上皮巢周边细胞栅状排列，而中间的细胞核排列与细胞巢长轴平行；细胞生长活跃，没有看到明确的核分裂像。
