(1) the lesion is characterized by a cellular proliferation of plump,immature-appearing pindled cells that , have normochromatic nuclei and small nucleoli. Motosis is not found.
(2) the tumor cells are arranged in fascicules .
(3) Collagen can be seen.
(4)palmar is the a common site for superfical fibromatosis.
superfical fibromatosis is considered, however, the immnunostains results are not compatible.
