Unless the photos foul us here, it is pretty straight forward CIN3 for me. I agree with Dr. Chen, if you realy confirm the diagnosis, you can apply p16 immunostain to it. Thank you all for your comments and suggestions! My diagnosis is CIN2-3. I did not do p16 immunostaining. The patient is being followed up. I will let you know when I have new information about her. Thanks again.
