最近怎么碰上好几例这样的病例，让人郁闷！很想查出个究竟，让患者少遭点罪。

CK51(低分子量角蛋白)标记腺癌

CK52(高分子量角蛋白)标记鳞癌

 我没有听说过CK51和CK52呢。是我孤陋寡闻吧。能否介绍一下这两个抗体？

我只知道CK1~CK20。

CK51只有<25%的细胞阳性

CK52阴性

是不是可以考虑是低分化腺癌呢？

 Agree with above.

Before you do other markers, you should confirm this is carcinoma by positive pan CK (we use AE1/AE3).  It is apparent adenocarcinoma to me.  Breast cancer should be positive with at least one of the following markers: ER/PR, GCDFP-15, mammoglobulin.

 女性腋窝淋巴结转移癌，多数来自乳腺。

再看看肺、胃、女性生殖道。

要是都没，那就要注意局部皮肤汗腺之类的原发灶。
