I totally agree with your dx even though it is no IHC. This type of tumor is rare in clinical practice. If it were my case I will do some stains for sex cord markers. The purposes are to confirm dx and to get some personal experience. We order IHC based on the need and seldom consier the money issue. This is why there is big problem for health insurance in US. Ha, ha.
