浸润性小叶癌（印戒细胞癌），可以这样发吗？
Very good.
1. 浸润性小叶癌, 印戒细胞型，histological grade xxxx.
2. Lobular carcinoma in situ, signet-ring cell type.
Generally we need to consider the possibility of metastatic tumor even though the chance is low. I can see the LCIS in this case. It is a sign that invasive tumor is primary.
