- Biphasic epitihelial-mesenchymal tumr of the stomach
- One report of three cases to date (Miettinen)
- Two components: mesenchymal and epithelial
- May be sharply or indistinctly demarcated
- Diffuse sheets of uniform oval to spindled cells
- Clusters and cords of epithelioid cells
- Occasional small gland formation by epithelioid cells in a field of spindled cells
- Mitotic rates observed: 0, 4, 30 / 50 hpf
- All cases to date in young adults
